Laura sits down with Erin Clark, a sleep consultant and owner of Tiny Dreams Sleep Consulting, and they talked about the stigma around sleep training. Because it’s such a huge topic, isn’t it? A question that so many of us ask ourselves, should I sleep train? Should I not sleep train? And there are so many unknowns and really, so many myths around it, so in this episode, Erin helped to clear those up. She also explained when to start a sleep routine with your baby and what that entails, she went over different methods of sleep training, and she let us in on what it’s like to work with a sleep consultant.
