Okay, so I know it’s been a few weeks since I’ve updated you on Lindsay, my current health journey subject (and sista). Rest assured, she is doing great, and has implemented many changes already. I have created a personalized health program for her which includes foods to eat lots of, foods to avoid (along with a meal plan and recipes), supplements to take, and other tips and tricks to be the healthiest her she can be. Although she has been doing some intense workouts and making healthy changes in the last few weeks already, today is the day where she has officially started following her personal program.
