Every so often, I’m going to post on my blog the journey that others are taking on their way to health. This time around, that “other” is my sister. Lindsay has tried many different things in her 27 years to get healthy and feel her best, and often finds herself in that hard-to-get-out-of place where the cravings take hold and you just keep on giving in (and come on, I’m pretty sure we all vacation there once in a while…). Throughout the coming months, I’ll be posting weekly regarding Lindsay’s progress on her journey so we can all follow along as she works her way towards optimal health. Lin will also be commenting in these posts on how she’s feeling, as well as any struggles she faces. It will be a candid look at one person’s journey to better health. She has just begun working with a personal trainer, and I will be providing the nutritional counselling. She has quite the all-star team, if I do say so myself… :). Just kidding.
But seriously, I’m looking forward to helping her go to health… let’s begin, shall we?
