It’s hard to know what’s what in the world of health and nutrition since there are SO many different viewpoints and SO much conflicting information out there. Over the past few years, I’ve taken it on as my job to clear the air, dispel the myths, and provide a simple plan for getting peeps back on track!
My passion is showing people how easy and delicious healthy eating really is… and also spreading the TRUTH about health and nutrition: that it really goes back to the basics and includes lots of real food, and avoids the chemicals and overly refined stuff.
Enter Lifewatchers. This is a 10-week healthy living course that Goodness Me! natural food market has been offering for over 10 years, and I’ve been teaching it for about four. I teach it because I believe in it; I see the transformations not just of people’s bodies and health issues, but also of their mindset of what really is healthy food… and what is definitely not.
Whether people are looking to lose weight, increase energy, better digestion, get clearer skin… or just feel better, Lifewatchers can get them there since it addresses the root: nourishing our bodies with healthy foods. That’s why I call it “THE” way to reach your health goals.
