Motherhood + health… is it actually possible to have both?
My answer: Heck YES!!!
BUT. You need a plan.
Enter: My 7 healthy eating hacks for moms of littles (or busy moms, or tired moms… you fill in the blanks for you).
But why do we even need to think about this?
Because NOW is the most important time in our lives ever to be healthy, friend.
💜 We need energy for life with our littles.
💜 We don’t have the choice to lounge on the couch all day.
💜 Our littles are watching us (what we eat and how we treat our bodies).
And honestly? We have the power to be healthy, to start feeling better, literally right now.
We need to choose the foods (and actions) that nourish us and don’t drag us down.
*chuckle* Yeah, but with what time? (Is that what you just said? I heard that.)
⚡️ The truth is, we have to make the time.
But it does NOT require hours in the kitchen.
It means being intentional about our goals and what to do to get there.
➡️ And, it means using hacks wherever and whenever possible.
I call them the ultimate in mom hacks since they can literally change the game for you, both in the moment and in the long term.
