1 cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter (school-safe alternative: Sun Butter)
¼ cup honey
½ cup chocolate chips
2 Tbsp coconut oil (can use liquid or the original solid stuff) – this is optional and only needed if the mixture seems too sticky when you combine it together.
Couple pinches sea salt
Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then roll into balls. Chill for at least 1 hour, then they’re ready to enjoy! Makes about 18 small balls (1 inch each).
